In case anyone is interested:
I sent an email yesterday to the claims administrator for the suboxone ANTITRUST/OVERCHARGING settlement, asking whether my claim was eligible and, if so, how much I would receive. Here is their response:
Dear J***,
Your purchase documentation did not support the claimed amount you filed, so your claim was adjusted to reflect only the amount you paid for the allowable medications under the settlement. Amounts paid by insurance, or other expenses such as treatment, doctor visits, dental and medical care, loss of wages, etc., are not allowed in this settlement.
The Response Deadline has passed, and all eligible claims have been provided to Class Counsel and the Court for distribution.
You will be receiving a check. Checks mailed out on April 27th, 2026. Please note that once the check enters the USPS system, we have no control over how quickly the check will be delivered. Should you not receive your check by May 15h, 2026, please reach out at that time.
Regards,
Settlement Administrator

What a scam. I literally only sent pharmacy records. No doctor bills, none of that dumb shit they mentioned above. I sent the price I paid for each prescription I received. That was the requirement, but they must not have realized how many claimants there would be or how much this would end up costing, so now they are backpedaling.
