Are generalist (operations strategy etc) internships dead?
Okay first of all update about me I am trying to get into product and consultancy but I just don't get why would anyone give me an internship ?

when it comes to this operation or strategy, most of the time it is just I just scheduleing is each and everything on May be tracking all the work or lets say sometimes assigning them or maybe sometimes thinking about let's say how to do the marketing part or how to do something but most of these things can be done through AI in our days and also, I just don't logically get this thing can this thing even help me to get into product or consultancy overally ?
for example right now I am actually doing an internship New Jersey based getting a good stipend work is focused on product management and growth but if I say plainly I just schedule everyone stars track it, assign it and do the marketing part like make ads with freelancers make demo product video with our own video editor and whenever it is a product demostation take what about the recommendation or criticism starts and then assign the task accordingly what again the question that I am trying to ask this how is this actually considered work it does not require any skill it does not require any actual knowledge then how is it actually going to be useful to me in the later days or am I doing something wrong you?
