I was offered an RN position in the CVICU at a magnet hospital. But I was also offered a position at a lung/thoracic ICU department at a Level 1 trauma center. Trying to figure out what’s the best route to go to become a CRNA in the future. Leaning towards the lung/thoracic but I do love CVICU.
