Hello, Please help me out here I'm a new grad Day hospitalist in NH 2yrs contract Base Salary 290k Relocation 10k Sign on 10k 457f 14,500 no vesting schedule Malpractice with tail No non compete 30k quality metric Cme 4k No 401(k) have 403(b) and 401(a) and the board of governors decide each year Potential moonlight Extra shift but rates to be discussed during pick up as rate changes Closed icu, codes on call days which is 2x a wk 8am to 6pm,7on7 off Pt census 15 to 19 Admit once in 3mth
