Help update my sleep stack
I have sleep apnea and use a cpap, along with that i want to know what else i should add, cut, or edit in my current stack. 24m, 165lb 5’9”, lifts 5 times a week for past 7 years, cardio few times a week, 80% clean diet.
Stack:
- 9g glycine
- 3g taurine
- 2000fu nattokinase
- 200mg dihydro-berberine
- 1.5mg melatonin
- 400mg magnesium glycinate
- 400mg l-theanine
