K-8 kids who can’t read
Hello! I’m a school based therapist working with Detroit public school kids K-8. This is my first job out of grad school. I’m finding it difficult to make progress with a lot of students as the majority of my caseload are kids who cannot read or write at their appropriate grade level. Some of my middle schoolers are unable to read or write at all. Any suggestions on some useful age appropriate interventions?
