On an 8 week 5k improvement plan, intermediate and challenging settings, 4 days per week. Seems like I’m averaging around 15 miles a week. Shouldn’t I be closer to 20? I definitely feel my running fitness improving but just curious what’s typical for others.
Not shown is this week which I’ll finish with 18.5 miles, the highest of the plan. Does increasing to 5 days increase the mileage or does Runna typically just spread out the mileage?
