FMOC caused a food loss at my store

Earlier this week around 2:30am FMOC calls my ETL to say some coolers and freezers have been out of temp since 1:15am. Obviously we lost all the product in those coolers/freezers. FMOC for whatever reason waited until 2hrs after it started to call our ETL. My DSD is so pissed at them

ETL lied about changing me from FOS to Guest Advocate in Workday

My ETL said that the HR ETL had to change me over from FOS to Guest Advocate when I asked her to do it. I just checked my Workday and I'm still FOS there. Did my ETL lie or should I start ordering stuff that I know we don't have and would have audited if I was able to?

My ETL wants every survey to be 100% on the TM who last helped them. I usually have no problem with that except for SCO surveys and ones where it's not the fault of the front end TM. We constantly get surveys about the store not having the item they came in for, a sales floor TM ignored them and many other reasons. When I sign into SCO my name is on the survey until another TM signs into help a guest, which could be long after I left for the day. I understand we should try to help the guest, but there are many times even if we are the nicest person they have seen in the store they will still write a negative survey

Should we go through ethics about this or just deal with it?

About a month ago I went to a store out of state but within the same group. I was greeted at least 15 times. I had my AirPods in. It actually pissed me off so much I bought a drink without my discount to lower the greet score. This store also looked like shit because they spent most of the time greeting guests. Also the TL was not able to do anything but greet guests when the lines got very long. At least two guests called the store from line to get more registers open, which they did not do because of the calls
