I’m not talking about a salad topped with chicken. I’m talking about an American creamy style chicken salad with Thai (asian) flavoring and ingredients. I was hooked on a place that had the most amazing Thai chicken salad wrap years ago and I’ve been craving it ever since. I can’t find a good recipe.
