automatic shutdown of X7 Gen 2, why happening?

getting message on app saying above. Automatic shutdown when the robot is not in working for a long time".

the mower is just randomly shutting down after I start it or its left idle.

full message above. any ideas on issue?

No Map on screen X7 gen 2

getting a "No map" on our sunseeker x7 gen 2. even restoring map on the app is failing. I also can't backup the existing map.

the mower has also started randomly stopping and turning off with no message.

any ideas?
