It's the Andalusian Flag with the Rub el Hizb in the center (it's in some Andalusian flags) and the phrase "Wā-lā ghāliba illā Allāh" (ولا غالب إلا الله) repeated twelve times in square kufic (made to look like Nasrid coat of arms). It probably needs improvement.

The coat of arms is based on the Nasrid one in the Alhambra palace with the Hawk of Quraish (as a nod to Abd al-Rahman I) carrying the Royal standard of the Emirate of Granada. There's some color symbolism, but explaining it would be rather boring.

Since I'm not Muslim (nor am I an Arab, North African, or Spaniard) any corrections and recommendations are welcome.
