How did you know it’s time for surgery?

Hello
I’m 22 with deep endometriosis on the uterosacral ligaments and adhesions. That’s what my brief MRI report mentioned 1 year ago.
I’ve been dealing SEVERE (everyday not cyclical) urination and bowel pain since november. During bowel movements I feel my insides are knotted and being torn, and I feel period like cramps, and a lot of times I don’t have the ability to push (not constipated but blocked). During urination I feel like my bladder is on fire. I’m also dealing with severe chronic pressure. I feel 50kg in my belly. I also have severe hip pain that is also radiating to my feet. Definitely lower back pain.
And the fatigue is worsening a lot. If I walk 10 minutes I feel like dying.
I take painkillers every 2 or 3 days to sustain.
Btw I’ve been on Visanne since november and the only good thing is that i’m not getting my period but daily pain persisted and is actually getting worse.

My dr is abroad and is coming end of month. I’m lost if I wanna do the surgery end of june, which will ruin my whole summer, or wait.
What if I can hold on my pain till september? But also what if there is organ damage and I wait which will make things worse. I’ve been waiting for the surgery for monthss because I can’t with the pain and of how much it’s taking from me but also maybe 4 months are okk… idkkkk
Idkkk what to doo😭
