Second day in Beijing. Looking for coffee/cafes that open early?

This is my second traveling around Beijing and one thing that surprised me is how hard it is to find cafés open early. I’m talking like 6–7am.

In a lot of big cities there are coffee shops packed with commuters, remote workers, or people just grabbing breakfast before work.

But here it feels like most cafés don’t open until 9 or even 10am. Yesterday I walked by a Starbucks that was wasn't even open around 7am.

Is there a cultural reason for this? Do people just not go out for coffee in the morning here? Or is breakfast culture more centered around local food spots instead of cafés?

Been searching Amaps for coffee and Cafe but no luck. Any advice would be appreciated.

Hey everyone, I’m planning some China travel and noticed that both Trip.com and DiDi are integrated directly into the Alipay app as mini-apps.

For those who have used the apps in China or who travel there often, what’s the consensus on using the mini-apps vs. the standalone app?

If I use them inside Alipay, does it automatically use my Alipay payment info and identity verification? Or will I still be prompted to sign up and create separate accounts for each service?

Thanks
