Good morning, I want to thank the mods for unbanning me when my autism got in the way of my humour and was actually just offensive - I mention the autism because no matter how many times I read the offending comment I couldnt work it out. Oh dear, God forgive me! Someone let me know the Saint of the Autistics for a but of help! In other questions... I want to join a Catholic church in east coast Australia (NSW) cant say too much more as I will doxx myself, but basically forced from my unwed Catholic Mom, raised by protestants, hated it, but weirdly perhaps guilt my foster mom let me learn music from a nun who *relentlessly* but respectfully catechised me in a way. God bless her. Anyhowwwww Ive never been baptised as that protestant group did not do infant baptism. Buuuutttttt I know their version if Christianity and am a big fan of Mary and the Saints.
I am unmarried, long term partner, kids, sinnety sin sin, I know. But he just doesnt experience God or believe in religion, despite demonstrating extremely Catholic virtues due to cultural background. I need a place for peace, to be a more peaceful person, but I am painfully private (despite this post) and Church is frankly traumatic for me due to upbringing. I am scared of ultra con Church attitudes, or the rude shunning/snooty Ang—can attitudes. Just asking advice please excuse if I am rude or seem flippant I dont mean to be, and if I plan this out it will take me hours to write it carefully.
