She is older and wants old school cable tv...the bill is astronomical. It includes her land line and Internet also ..I don't even want to say what it is..but I was shocked ..

What's the best way to get them to reduce the monthly charges? Should I go in person ? Call? What's should I ask for? Are there better alternatives for cable tv (she will NOT stream) ? I know we have at &t fiber but isn't that internet only? I need all in one packaging bundled to make things as simple as possible for her ..
