Hello everyone,

I’ve been receiving notifications that most of my Apify actors were flagged as “under maintenance.” Around 10 out of 16 actors gets flagged as under maintenance.

After getting the notifications, I followed the documentation and tested the actors properly:

• Ran them with the default input schema
• Verified they completed successfully
• Confirmed they scraped data correctly
• Runs finished in under 5 minutes

After that, I removed the “under maintenance” flag manually. However, today the same actors were flagged again.

I’m trying to understand what other metrics Apify uses to determine this status besides basic successful runs. For example:

• Error rate?
• Historical failures?
• Success ratio over time?
• Runtime consistency?
• User reports?

Also, is there a way to see which specific runs caused the actor to be flagged again?
