My team has raised the base level last time to 10 and it went back to zero but I noticed that these stay at the level you upgrade them to. What's the point to upgrade them

My main characters for solo raids have their gears up to either lvl 80 or 60 I already have 8 one shot solo teams so im upgrading them for fun now but I still feel like some should go first than others, any suggestions?

He should been able to end it like he does in other higher solo raids I already tried my supports with no extra artifacts and nothing works

I use this team pretty good against other raids and he does 2000000 damage and when I go back to the flashs raid he only does about 30000 damage ?
