Irritation 4 days after last tret dose

I started on tret with clear skin a little over a week ago on an every third day basis. I got two doses in and was supposed to take on Tuesday but excessive flaking started. I woke up with this, their not cystic or painful just these red inflamed pores or follicles, anyone else go through this? I’m thinking of waiting to use tret until end of next week because I have a laser coming up too and I don’t want irritation. Also, will this go down quickly?

Tretinoin acclimation after Accutane

So I had finished a 9 month course of Accutane about 2 months ago reached 142 mg/kg cumulative. I initially started up tret, acclimated to it and had good skin going. I then had dermaplaning done and got the worst irritation of my life from it, causing me to stop tret for just over a month. I just started back up on Wednesday and trying to start at 3 times a week. I am getting these tiny red superficial bumps, they aren’t cystic or painful just a little bit of an eyesore. Has anyone else gone through this after starting tret post-accutane? .025 tret

Is this normal during acclimation?i

For some background, I was on a 9 month course of accutane to get acne free. After completion, I started Tret and unfortunately had to pause for a month because I had pretty bad Dermaplane irritation. Now I’m back on Tret, just started Wednesday and im going to gradually increase frequency. After applying for the first time In a month, I got a few of these tiny superficial red bumps that have been appearing. They’re not painful or cystic, but I’m just wondering if this is a normal part of acclimation and how long it looks like it would take to stabilize? Ignore the PIE marks, those are from accutane.
