Kidney infection or just standard UTI? Need advice please

So I have a UTI for sure, but I'm not sure if its spread to my kidneys or how to tell. I'm not a stranger to chronic pain so its really hard for me to tell what the severity is, & I'm having back pain but it honestly just feels like period back pain? If I press into my back it hurts more but I'm not sure if that means anything. I can also feel the pain deferring to my groin? If there are any doctors in here I would be so grateful for another opinion!

The doctor I saw put me on Amoxicillin & Nitrofurantoin but said to go to emergency if I'm having kidney infection symptoms? Would these antibiotics not work to fight a kidney infection? I really don't want to go to emergency because the wait times in my city are absolutely insane (last time I went in with chest pain I had to wait 16 hours), so any advice or anything would be really appreciated!

Thank you in advance

UTI untreated for at least a week?

Hi guys!

So I went into the doctor's on Monday after having what I initially believed to be ovulation pain starting last Thursday, except it didn't go away & if anything its now worse. Doctor had me do a urine sample but I've gotten no results back yet so now its been at least 7 days with this going on & no treatment.

I have really bad health anxiety and because of how bad the pain is (feels like awful period cramps) I'm scared that its spread to my kidneys & that I'm going to get sepsis. The doctor thumped me on the back & no super intense, sharp pain was felt so she said that means I'm fine but then again a lot of the symptoms I'm having don't quite match up with typical UTI criteria anyway so who knows. I guess I'm wondering if anyone else has been in the same boat? Was everything okay? Is it okay to be waiting patiently for results instead of going to an ER?

If this is a UTI (I didn't have the typical symptoms of burning sensation while peeing, but I do have stomach & back pain, & abnormal urine output) it'll be the second one I've ever had in my 26 years of life, but the weird part is that I didn't have ANY during my first 24 years. I haven't changed my hygiene habits, in fact if anything they've gotten better so I have no idea why this is happening now. Twice in a six month span is crazy

Hi guys!

I tried to Shazam this to no avail, does anyone know what song this is from Season 22 Episode 17 of Grey's Anatomy?

Minor spoiler for the epsiode: It plays during Maya's surgery
