had a stubborn stye/chazalion for 3.5 weeks now and after lots of warm compresses/salt water/keeping it clean etc it’s randomly turned a dark greyish colour? I thought it was getting smaller/better but now I’m worried - has anyone had this happen or have an idea why it could be?

I am seeing a specialist on Friday but would love to have my mind at ease before then lol
