Advice regarding clearing of rbi grade b exam

I am a 24 year old ex upsc aspirant. My qualifications are I am a BA political science graduate. I am curious about the rbi grade b exam . Do ba graduates clear this elite exam I have seen toppers they are all from great backgrounds like engineers, mba . Just curious can anybody advice me

I am thinking of ibps exams but I am terrified banks will be privitised and stuff .

Can any banking aspirants advice me how to deal with this anxiety please I request anybody to advice me

But recently economic survey recommended government reduce their stakes to just 26 percent in all blue chip companies including sbi retaining only veto powers . Also there was a news government is exploring golden share possibilities for psus . I am terrified

How will recruitment be in this golden share model please I request anybody to give their advice I am very scared and anxious of my future

What will the structure and recruitment of a public sector bank be in a golden share model please I request anybody to give their advice
