Hi all,

I have been suffering forever from chronic sinus problems. Last year, surgery was recommended after a CT scan. Since some of you haven't had great success, I haven't gone ahead with it yet. But continue to do rinses twice daily and use flonase, (sometimes) budesonide, and azelastin.

And today, I added a few drops of betadine to my rinse wondering if it might make a difference in inflammation.

I have chronic inflammation, cysts, and narrowed air passages due to ossification. When allergies flare (spring), all hell breaks loose.

Can betadine help with the allergic reaction?
