Recently, I started working as a marketer for one of the productivity apps out there.
All of my colleagues are naturally productive people - disciplined high performers who prioritize planning, communication, and high daily output.
I think it is a problem. Because we don’t truly understand our users’ needs. And can't serve them well as a result.
