About to be on day 7 post op, I had all 4 taken out on 4/23. I’m pretty sure I have dry socket but I just want to have others opinions. I’m currently only having pain in the bottom left of the extraction site. Tbh for me it doesn’t feel like how people explain what a dry socket is, it’s not a constant pain. It comes, but the pain goes away for hours.
