Last night while drifting into sleep i had a dream i was talking to my husband and my face felt like it started to spasm everywhere horribly and everything in my dream went black and quiet i couldn’t call for my husband and i woke up. it was a very short dream the black out was a few seconds max. however i cant tell if this was just a bad dream, i have no record of seizures, but in the recent two weeks ive woken up to my jaw chattering twice and one time my cheek was spasming so i did look into seizures last night before bed. i dont have any sort of pain, i woke up on the same side i fell asleep on. im just afraid to go to bed now.
