Just making sure if my xerographica is okay

So I did just post about this same xero a few days ago about some brown spots on the edges and on the bottom, I got 2 different opinions, one person said it was over watered and someone said it was under watered so I thought I’d post some new pictures with it wet so you could see the differences better so I do apologise if I’m posting too much about this plant but it’s my favourite one aha, so really I’m just seeking more clarification if it really is under or over watered. I do have a lot of little brown tips on its leaves and non of them are mushy. Also if any one would know how old this is by its size that would be great to know. It is also on a north facing window in the uk. Agin I’m sorry to the people that already saw this, I just want to make sure that’s all (edit) it also looks a little skinny but I don’t know if that’s just because it’s small.

Any care tips for my xerographica?

I have this small xero and for some reason it keeps getting brown tips and it also has this brown patch on the bottom, I live in the uk and it sits on a north facing window and I keep it in a bowl of water for about half an hour to an hour every week so I’m really unsure to why I get them, does anyone know if I’m doing something wrong? An help would be much appreciated.

Is this pup ready to come off of its parent plant?

This was my first ever airplant that I bought and last year it flowered then in August of last year I noticed this little guy growing on it and I want to remove it but I’m afraid that it might be too small. Has anyone got any advice on if/ when I should remove it please?
