Leetcode Accuracy

Hello,

I'm preparing for my first technical interview and I've been doing leet/neetcode. I've noticed that in some cases, I'll get the general idea right and for the most part code it up correctly, but I won't pass all the test cases or I'll need to use AI to help me debug (usually a silly mistake). What exactly are interviewers looking for -- I feel like I can understand and solve a good chunk of the algos conceptually, but will make many mistakes when typing it up and often need to search up documentation (I remember the methods of each class, but forget minor details).

To what degree does accuracy matter when coding up a solution (aka to what degree will interviewers care)?

Thanks for your help!
