Restaurant Recommendations?

Looking for a nice fancy-ish restaurant for my birthday. Somewhere I can dress up , with fun vibes, good music and food.

Nothing crazy expensive though, just a place that feels nice without costing a kidney!

Please give me some good recommendations 🥰

Why are my arm muscles growing but not my legs? 😭

I’m F27. I’ve been going to the gym consistently for almost 2 months, hitting my protein goal every day, taking creatine, and sticking to my macros.

My goal is to grow my legs, especially my hamstrings, but somehow I’m getting more muscle definition in my arms and back instead even though I’m doing less upper body sessions. 😭 My legs are still the skinniest part of me.

I mainly do RDLs, hip thrusts, Bulgarian split squats, leg press, leg extensions, and leg curls.

Any advice? I feel like my legs completely missed the memo. Is it still too early to judge? Even if I grow a muscle the size of a grape on my hamstring I’ll be super happy !!!

Calories confusion

I’m confused about maintenance calories!!!
I’m F27, 5’0 and 51 kg.

My WHOOP says I burn around 1,400 calories/day on average (including walking and activity), but online calculators put my maintenance around 1,700 calories.

Why is my maintenance higher than what WHOOP says I burn? Should I use 1,400 or 1,700 as my maintenance?

Can someone explain this in simple terms plsssss?

Body Recomp Journey

Hiiii I need advice, as I’m just starting my body recomp journey.

I'm 153.5 cm (5'0"), 51 kg, and after years of being on and off at the gym, I realized I wasn't eating enough calories or protein and wasn't properly applying progressive overload. I was also so demotivated and stopped going completely.

My goal isn't to lose weight. I want to build muscle, especially in my glutes and legs, and improve my overall shape while staying around the same weight.

Starting the gym again in 5 days, 3x a week, and just started taking 5g creatine daily.

Any body recomp tips or mistakes I should avoid? How do I stay motivated? 💗💗

Edit: I forgot to mention, I struggle eating or getting enough protein 💔
