Hi, fellow wanderers. Does anybody know where to get this “West Pass” accessory? I don’t see any clues in google so i’m hoping someone could help me here.

It says “Obtained after uncovering secrets at the Sandstorm Tavern in Hexi.” If it’s a quest, does anybody has idea on how to trigger it?
