property says it is a 2br/3bed on advertised listing, but is charging an additional fee pp to use the 3rd bed even though the apartemnt was booked for 3 guests. Is this allowed? [AUS]
title is self-explanatory, but wondering if this is allowed at all?
Booked the bnb under the impression we would be able to use the 2 bedrooms and the sofa bed as is in the listing. We're 3 blokes so we're not really looking to all bunk up in a couple beds of course, the host communicated to us at a later dat eafter the booking was made that this fee would be a linen fee to use the third bed as a sofa bed.
Booked for three guests, and was booking for a place with three beds for that reason.
