I am in the process of completing onboarding requirements for medical residency. They are asking that I list all medications and dosages that I currently take and my general medical history. In general, can a potential employer legally require employees to disclose this? Are potential employees legally obligated to disclose this info if work accommodations are not needed? Could not disclosing this information hurt employees in the future (such as hospital group disability insurance coverage)?
