My boyfriend is mildly manic sometimes. He's never delusional or psychotic and always knows what he's doing. His mania is often so sublte we can't even tell it's there. He just makes dumb decisions sometimes, gets irritable, and has the urge to clean sometimes. Can he not consent then? My intuition says he can, but I have anxiety and it's making me anxious.
