A year on
So, its a year on already since that magnificent and glorious day under the Wembley sky which saw us lift that most historic of trophys. And it wouldn't be Palace if it hadn't been a rollercoaster of emotions since then.
From winning the community shield and our amazing unbeaten run, to the injury led decline and other frustrations I wont be mentioning, you could say its been a typically Palace season. But it hasn't. We've played more games in a premier league season than alot of teams this time around and playing in our first European campaign, yet we've pulled through it. Playing against alot of stubborn teams, we've always seemed of have found a way to eventually win against them.
We are now on the brink of yet another historic day, with more unforgettable memories to be made, hopefully the right ones.
Looking back to the FA cup and this season, what are your favourite and most memorable moments? Please share them!
For me it was the last 10 minutes of the FA cup. The tenacity that was present throughout the entire team and the way we defended each and every city wave. The crowning moment for me however was getting to share it with my old man (pictured) who has been there and seen it all with Palace. Getting to see that pure raw emotion of shock and disbelief on his face be replicated on the entire Palace end. I still have to go back and watch the last 10 minutes every now and then.
Up the Palace ❤️💙🦅
