I’m trying to do my first redemption but I got flagged for internal review. I’ve emailed customer support but haven’t got a response. It’s been 2 days now. I know all of my verification documents and what not match and passed. It was only for $2000 but I’ve racked it up to $8000 these past 2 days. Any idea how long this verification process takes?
