Fresh grad/job seeker struggle - ang hirap pala talaga maghanap ng work

Rant lang pero at the same time baka may makatulong hahaha.

As a freshly licensed Civil Engineer, ang hirap pala talaga maghanap ng first job dito sa Pilipinas. Ang daming entry-level positions pero most of them either require experience or sobrang daming qualifications for a fresh grad.

I’ve been applying for almost 3 months na around Parañaque, Manila, Makati, and Quezon City, preferably for entry-level Civil Engineer, Quantity Surveyor/Estimator, or Site Engineer positions.

I know naman na normal lang mahirapan sa first job and willing naman akong matuto and start from the bottom. Pero minsan nakaka-discourage din kapag ilang applications na tapos either walang response or hindi natutuloy.

Baka may alam kayong company na currently hiring fresh grads/entry-level CEs around those areas? Kahit company name or job posting lang, malaking help na.

Thank you! And good luck din sa mga kapwa job seekers diyan.

Cost Controller (fit out)

Hello po! Hingi lang sana ako ng advice, especially sa mga may experience na sa ganitong role.

Cost Controller (Fit out) position yung inapplyan ko, and as a newly licensed Civil Engineer , gusto ko sana malaman if worth it ba siyang pasukin. Kamusta po ang experience sa role.

Any honest insights, advice, or experiences po would really help. Thank you so much!
