I am stressed and for my pr application

Hello. My gf got my PR on 30 April 2025. Got P1 and P3 in jan 2025. I started living with my gf from 1st may 2024. She didn’t declare me as common law as we were not aware and didn’t complete 1 year eligibility. We got married in march 2026. We are applying my PR . I am stressed that will this be an issue!
