Seeking a Personal Assistant
A client of mine is looking for an in-person assistant to help manage both the personal and professional side of life. This role is a mix of personal assistant, household manager, and executive support.
We need someone who is organized, proactive, responsive, and good at figuring things out without needing constant direction. Real-life experience, common sense, problem-solving skills, and ownership matter more to us than a perfect resume.
This person should be comfortable handling a little bit of everything, including:
- Scheduling and calendar management
- Running errands
- Coordinating vendors, appointments, and projects
- Travel planning
- Helping keep the household organized and running smoothly
- General personal and business support
- Light cleaning or physical tasks when needed
You should also be comfortable watching children and genuinely enjoy being around kids, although childcare is not the main focus of the role.
Ideal backgrounds could include:
- Personal assistant
- Executive assistant
- Household manager
- Or any role where you’ve had to manage people, schedules, properties, projects, or day-to-day operations
This is a fully in-person role, and flexibility is important since every day can look a little different.
