Motivation and visual results

Ive posted on here before about my struggles with my weight, I had gotten from 240 down to 205 and im back up to 220-225 due to issues with my birth control and overall health. While over all this time I havent really noticed any real differences in my body, when im feeling at my worst I definitely see my weight gain. I feel like I see new stretch marks and I see my stomach stick out further. Im planning on starting a GLP-1 medication in the next couple months, I just had my first appointment with a dietitian and I need to see her for 2 more months before insurance will cover it. Ive been on my period for about a month and a half now, with maybe day and a half breaks here and there. I get my next birth control shot tomorrow. My goal weight is 180, I dont want to get under 150. I just dont have any motivation right now to do anything. I mean im still weighing my food, going for walks regularly, tracking water intake, eating high protein and high fiber foods, no sugary stuff often, and the weight just seems to either stay the same or if I even have one chocolate I go up 5 lbs. I just dont get it.
