What happened to Ren’s dad?
Hey,
I just finished Reunion. However, there is one thing I didn’t quite get.
What exactly happened to Ren’s father? It is said that he took drugs and killed himself. But why? It isn’t really said, right?
And why did he specifically go to an Abraxas ritual?
Also, excuse me if I’m too naive, but if it wasn’t a murder, why did Abraxas want to sweep it under the rug so badly? Did they think the cops wouldn’t believe their story? But it would have been proven anyhow during investigations that it was suicide.
And why did Yasmin out of all people feel so responsible even though she wasn’t a high ranking member yet?
Why did they keep the skeleton? To have some leverage over each other? But if they had destroyed it, there wouldn’t have been any proof to make them look guilty, so why was this necessary?
Maybe I got something wrong, please correct me if I did.
Anyways, what’s the deal with all that?
