I am really confused on what I should do,

So basically I fucked up in mains (93.26%ile) and bitsat (189) so now my best option is vit vellore it branch in cat 3 (about 24lakhs fees)

Now my father says that we CAN afford the fees but I don't want him to pay that much fees since I have already wasted a lot of money as a dropper, but I don't wanna take a loan either since I am planning to do masters as well (yes I have decided from now) and I would need a loan at that time as well

So my second best option rn is LNCT bhopal, the fees is less but I just don't wanna go lnct due to some personal reason. (my parents don't know about it)

So what should I do?
