Description:
The i9-7980XE has been professionally delidded and is currently running with the der8auer Direct Die Frame. This significantly drops temperatures compared to the stock IHS, I’ve run this at 5ghz all cores with no issues and staying under 75 degrees
The 64GB Corsair RGB kit runs perfectly in quad-channel mode at its rated 3200MHz XMP profile.
Condition:
Everything is in excellent working condition. Due to the nature of the Direct Die cooling, I would prefer to ship the CPU and Frame mounted to the motherboard with the existing Corsair 360 aio to ensure the bare die is protected during transit.
