Can someone please just give me some positive reassurance. I'm just feeling down about my decision to not keep my ovaries when I had my hysterectomy October 2025. I am going through alot right now emotional and health wise. I don't feel like myself, I have gained over 20 pounds. I go to my gp next week and I want to discuss doing a blood panel and adjusting the estradiol I take. I just have a doom feeling like I made a mistake and I regret it. I just see so many post of everyone keeping their ovaries. I'm not looking for medical advice or anything. Just some support from my hystersisters.
