ATM 10 - Weird crash when "escape" menu comes up

really weird but the game has started crashing when I press escape or alt-tab out and it brings up the "pause" menu.

Block/Palette choice for Mage tower

Working on building a mage tower and have the basic shape worked out but really not sure what blocks/colour palette to use. I don't want anything too dark as I want a contrast to the other tower which is for the "darker" magic mods.

I'm think some plant growth like wooden vines wrapping round it with moss/leaf blocks could look cool.

Edited bonus question: I want to make some working elevators and freight cranes hanging off the side. Not for any purpose other than to look cool. Which mods would be good for this?

Modular router not full filling EM Rail ejectors?

So I have modular routers feeding sails and beams into the ejectors. It works but the routers will only add more once the inventory is completely empty. This means they never fully ramp up.

I'm sure I'm missing something simple but cant find what it is.
