My 86 Y/O Mimi raised me. I’ve worked in Fire/EMS for close to 2 decades now and after seeing how nursing homes run and lots of calls into them. I swore I’d never let them go into one, til it’s absolutely necessary. I moved back 6 years ago to start helping them in their later years. She’s had a lot of health issues and I can see the decline and it breaks my heart..but to get stuff like this from her? Makes it all worth it. Cherish your loved ones.
