Anything I should worry about in my collection?

Blue, silver and Crystal are relabelled. As a kid I thought the cartridges looked awesome as all one colour and stupidly tore them off. I recently discovered my copy of ruby was fake so wanted to check these.

My cousin soldered in battery holders instead of batteries so that may look different to real ones.
