Last time I posted because I saw a figure rush past me as I did my washing but now my lights are flickering in my bedroom when that has never happened to me before. Am I overthining or is there really something happening to me? I need advice.
Some background info, I've not had many weird paranormal things happen to me before and I'm not 100% convinced most of what I see on the Internet is real, but I saw something today that looked and felt real.
I'll explain the layout of my flat a little so this makes sense. When you walk into the flat to the right is my room, then you keep walking through the hallway and on the right next to my room is the laundry room, on the left there is just the wall.
So, I was putting my clothes into the washing machine and my parents were both home, my mother always walks slowly but my father sometimes speed walks and I assumed it was him rushing past the door, the figure went past me so quickly I didn't think about it too much but then I thought.. is he going into my room? Wait no he's going out. Then I finished doing the washing and picked up my clothes basket to take it back to my room. Our front door was closed and I saw no trace of him. So it dawned on me..
That wasn't a person. I'm just so confused, I have been getting enough sleep and dont suffer from any kind of disorder that could potentially give me hallucinations. I felt the presence too.
Anyway the last time something strange happened it was when I first moved into this flat when I was much much younger, I saw the "hat man" at my door staring in my door way. That freaked me out for a long time.
Anyone know what this means? Am I going crazy?
