I have a game stuck at 97% install files but downloaded is complete

It’s been stuck like that for awhile, it’s bannerlords 2 been playing it heavy on the steamdeck now I’m kinda at a lost of what to do. I restarted it, went to desktop mode and cleared the cache. Anyone have an idea for what to do?
