Civil engineer who wants to transition to a WFH role

Hello. Currently mag 3+ months na akong naghahanap ng trabaho. I’m a CE grad (unlicensed) with 5 yoe as a project engineer in the roofing industry (local). I want to transition to a WFH role kasi ayaw ko na mag onsite and also for a greener pasture. I’m eyeing for roles like estimator, quantity surveying or project management. My asking salary is 40k-45k. In my previous role, I’m earning 30k. I’m also doing my best to upskill (taking online courses to learn about the softwares).

Onti lang nakukuha kong interviews and currently laging initial interview lang. Naddrain na ko kaka-apply sa job postings and I don’t know what to do anymore.

Do you have any advice for me to have higher chances of getting hired? Is my asking too high?

TIA!
