Just a question with drive ups. When people double tap especially on orders that have 20+ bags are you guys explaining to the guest how that hurts our scores and also how it makes them wait even longer than letting us know when their on their way? Just curious I think it Varys by store because overall we need to make the guest happy and I know some stores are not allowed to talk to the guest about double tapping.
