14 team SF devy startup. Devys will be in the startup along with rookies and vets. 6 rounds of combined rookie/devy each year. Devys must be in college but one high school player allowed per team.

$50/year. Asking 3 years up front (2026-2028) but owners won’t owe anything after year 1 and we will revert to just paying a single year in advance after that. Extra commitment up front to secure a minimum level of stability in the league ownership for the first few years.
